I answered the phone but no one answered back.

I got two calls today from that number and yet no answer in both cases.

it's the emergency line from hydro quebec, when you have an outage in your area an automated machine calls you to tell you when the power will be back. i had a power outage yesterday and i got a call from them an hour after the start of the outage.

Just got a call from this number now, an automated message stating they were Hydro-Quebec informing us of some upcoming maintenance work that will result in a power outage from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on a certain day. The line was quiet for about 15-20 seconds after I picked up, I almost hung up before the message started.
The number displayed, but there was no name on the display.  They did leave the same number saying to call it in the case of an emergency.  

C'Est hydro quebec, message automatises, ils mappellent 2 a 6 fois par semaine depuis 2 mois disant que je vais manquer de courant, mais ce nest arrive quune fois.... vrai spam incroyable

Just got called from that number. It is apparently Hydro-Quebec's outage line (as I had it in my contacts in case I need it) but when I answered, they never answered back and hung up. Looks like spam to me, especially since they never called back immediately (as any urgent call would do).

they spam called me multiple times this morning say nothing when i pick up and just keep calling... what kind of notification service is that
