Had a good time calling this one.  Answered "hello" with heavy Indian accent.  Could hear a television and children in the background.  I said "is this quickbooks tech support?"  She said, quickbook, yes quickbood (yes, she said bood, not book).  Then she called to someone.  Nothing said for about a minute.  I said, sorry, I was calling microsoft tech support, she said "yes, tech support."  Anyway, this one is not only a fake, it's a BAD fake.

Call again and see if you can order a pizza.

Claims to be from Quickbooks. She said our business account was on hold due to a declined card but I checked our account and it was in good standing. Scammers!

We received a call from this number and the women on the line claimed our "card declined" for our annual services however we pay monthly so we knew right away it was a scam.

Received a call this morning from a foreign accent woman "claiming" to be from quick books, saying that our license to use quickbooks is up for renewal and that our card was declined. I logged into my Intuit account and found that we had just renewed our Quickbooks subscription on 3/03/24 and that everything processed as it was supposed to. And not the $599.99 amount this woman was trying to get out of us. By the way, the caller ID said "anonymous-private number". We got the 800-790-3084 number from this caller, we weren't about to just give out our information, so we told her we would call her back. That's when we decided to google the number which brought us here. This was the only site that showed up on our google search.

They called asking for us to pay to renew our Quickbooks account / license. Total scam

Just got a call from Stacy that our card was expired for Quickbooks, it is not and this is indeed a scam.  Please be aware.

Received call from Roy Scott, says he is with Quickbooks Billing Department. He was very pushy, kept insisting on a credit card and has called here numerous times. The other odd part is that the number is anonymous on the caller ID. This is a scam.

Received a call stating that our Quickbooks Support was coming due and that our credit card on file was not working.  Caller stated that she would email me the information.  They are requesting $1499.99.  When I ignored both the call and email, I received another call.  The 800-790-3084 was given as a call back number.  This time they were calling regarding our Quickbooks license.  These scammers can't keep their stories straight

John with QuickBooks called from private # about our renewal. By the time I ended the call, he said his name was Rocky. I said I thought his name was John. He said that's his last name. BS - we pay monthly.  I hit the # key - for a long time & hung up. He called right back from private # and I just picked up/hung up. Total scammers!

This phone number is definitely a scam. I got a call from Jenny saying our business account was up for annual renewal. We pay monthly, so I knew it wasn't right.

Received a call from Roy Scott this morning with the same story.  We don't have an online Quickbooks account, don't pay for any accounting software.  Definitely a scam.

Scam from a Jenny at 800 790 3084 saying oh we cant renew your quickbooks annual as the CC is not going thru total BS I called Quickbooks and THEY NEVER CALL customers in regards to CC info on file!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from 800-790-3084 with same story as most other people are reporting.   However I owed 799.95 for my licensing fee that has to be paid every 3 years and the payment would not go thru on the credit card on file.  I had him send me an email and the scary part is he had the correct company licensing # in the email and had all of the products we use in Quickbooks.

Bad Tech support,, gave last 4 of a credit card we Don't have then said the one they charge is 'encrypted' so I would have to provide the entire number.  NOT   DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING .  SCAM AND NOT A GOOD ONE.  Heavy Indian accent with mine.  Gave a call back number of 800-790-3084   SCAM.
