Two calls today. I say hello once. I can immediately tell that there is no phone connected on the other end. There is a difference that can be easily detected by hearing alone (I listen as I say hello and can tell that it is dead on the other end). When I detect no phone I immediately hang up.

Now have put this number into my Person-To-Person box and now my phone will never ring again (it blocks numbers as requested and it will just ring and ring on the other end with no answer and no ringing on my end).

They keep calling us everyday, I just keep hanging up when I saw this number.

This number called my personal cell phone and did not leave a message.  Do not appreciate business calls on my cell phone.

Just got the call today.

Calls but leaves no message.

They always call and say can they talk to the owner and try to get info about the company and call several times a day. When you go to ask them questions about there company they say Zip Web and hang up.

This number has called my house multiple times in the past one to three weeks. On three occasions, I called the number back and spoke with a person each time. I reporter my dissatisfaction with their calling and each person stated that they would notify their supervisor and put me on their Do-Not-Call list. To state the obvious, they are still calling. When I asked what their company name was, they stated Zip Wide Web.
I called as recently as last night, 9/30/08, and asked for a supervisor. I was told that they were all in a meeting. Yeah, OK. I have registered a complaint with the FTC and on the National Do-Not-Call site. Why do we have to put up with this?

They keep calling and even go as far as to leave silent dead air space message on my voice mail.

These illegal telemarketers are real sweet people...got ot love them...NOT.

Received 3 calls from this number this week.  As soon as we answer they hang up. What a nuisance!  Had no idea who it might be until we saw your reports--thanks,

THIS IS A SCAM.  They will record your conversation and edit the recording to make it sound like you are agreeing to a $400 internet listing!  Do not be fooled into saying anything especially the word "yes".  Even after I put my number on the do not call registry they still constantly call.  Its a shame the FTC doesn't care about the Do Not Call Registry violations.  What was the point of setting it up?

Another HUGE scam...just say NO!!!

Got a call from Vanesse Williams -guess she gave upo singing gigs!!!!wanting to "verify our business info" for a listing on Google.  Yeah, right.  I went through all of our business contact information, hung up, and then looked the # up on the internet.  It appears to be a scam they wanted to much personal information !!!!

This is the 3rd phone number for this ZIPWEB crap. Each number I tell them we aren't interested and they call from a different number. Other numbers: 704-220-0636 and 800-984-6666.

My employer has been receiving many calls almost daily from this number. My staff is being constantly harassed by different callers. Each time they call, we request to be placed on the do-not-call register to no avail. Do not accept these calls. They are trying to figure out your phone system to commit fraud – always fight terrorism anyway you can!
