Even if they do have a law to back up their nonsensical calling habits, they should still have the courtesy to respect your privacy if you tell them you are not interested in a survey. They called me and told me that I would be contacted again, and when i told them i would rather they not do so, they told me that it would happen anyway. that is crap. they will end up losing a lot of customers and that is the point; not if its legal or not. its not worth it to piss people off just for a survey. that is corperate nonsense. too much of that going around anyway

Called me 3 times today, nobody there.

This 800 number call my cellular phone and when I answered, nobody answers...even when I returned the call.

this is comcast. i called 1800 comcast and asked them to stop calling. they took my name off the list

Also, I called the number back and was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. also, they never leave a message.

COMCAST - its survey line for most recent service you had performed or recent call you made to comcast. No big deal - if you dont asnwer they will call back...

Theyve been calling and hanging up on me.  I am on the Nat. Do Not call list but it hasnt worked lately.  Theyre not supposed to call you if you tell the not to.  If I were you, I'd report them at the Nat Do Not call list anyway.  If enough people speak up, they could get fined.

I keep getting calls from this number also. They don't leave messages. If it is Comcast, they really don't want to ask me about surveys. Try rooting around in their website for the customer service department, then keep asking for supevisors until you get far enough up the food chain. I eventually got to someone who really couldn't understand why I would not want to complete the survey. When I complained about the price for what I get, he understood.

It has been a long time since any one has posted, but this number keeps calling, no message, and I don't answer. My Panasonic phone [KX-TGA651] has an address book feature that lets me save the CID number so that it is blocked in the future. Way to go Panasonic!
