Stop calling me!

HAVE RECEIVED CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ON MY CELL PHONE. ONCE WHEN I ANSWERED THERE WAS NO REPONSE, NEXT TIME THEY ASKED FOR MY HUSBAND, I SIMPLY STATED HE IS NOT AT THIS NUMBER, THEY ASKED IF I HAD ANOTHER CONTACT NUMBER FOR HIM I SAID NO. THEY SAID THANK YOU AND HUNG UP. I AM ALSO ON THE CELL DO NOT CALL LIST. I'M NOT POSITIVE, BUT I THINK IF THE CALL IS INITIATED BY A COMPANY YOU HAVE BUSINESS WITH, THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CONTACT YOU. IT IS FRUSTRATING TO HAVE CELL PHONE MINUTES USED UP BY UNWANTED CALLS. I WILL MAKE A BETTER EFFORT NOT TO GIVE MY CELL NUMBER OUT.

Is anyone behind on car payments? Im getting the same thing.

They have called me both on my cell and on my work phone.  They left a voicemail on my work phone but will not on my cell phone.  It was from one of my local car dealership wanting my vehicle.  I already told them I traded it in for a new one at the beginning of the year and they still call!  They do not have a clue.

Yep, I've also received calls from 18008410653, sometimes more than once a week, typically just after 18:00 EST.  I've never answered and they've never left a voicemail.  I tried calling them back to see who it was but it goes to an automated message telling me to hold for an attendant?!?  I'm not sure how they obtained my phone number but their calls are definitely not welcome.

I suggest you file a complaint with the local Attorney Generals office of your state.  Believe me, they will investigate, and they will stop calling after a few inquires from the State Attorney Generals office.  Your state might have an easy form to fill out online regarding the unsolicited phone calls you have been receiving from them.  Right after this post I am going to fill out a complaint.  Good Luck!

They call non stop and don't leave any messages. I called back once and it said please hold for the next available operator. I guess it's not that important if they don't leave a message!

They call my cell in the evening non stop. I never get an answer, they never leave a voicemail and its driving me crazy.

I just filed seven complaints with the DO NOT CALL site.  I have never had anyone on the line to find out what they want.  I'm assuming we are stuck on an automatic dial. The people on the call don't know how or don't care to find out how to get us off.

I called and they said they would take me off there list...  I was getting the same annoying calls as everyone else... I hope it works...

This is nuts - why would someone waste their time?

Just called them back - It's a company called DME Automotice Services and they perform customer satisfaction surveys for various dealerships.  I'm not sure how they received my cell phone number as I don't give that out to companies.  Thankfully I use a call firewall, Magicall, so they are blocked now.  These types of programs seem to be the best way (and for certain) to ensure I don't get calls from people I don't want to talk to.

I get the call every day.  For me it is from Falls Dodge in Akron Ohio wanting to purchase old cars.

I was napping, so I guess they called between 2~3pm I called back and as others had said; they said to wait while they get a representative and my call may be monitored, but I hung up after that. I am trying to figure out where to go to put your number on a list that makes it illegal to call you if you are a telemarketer or other businesses trying to seel you things...

Calls Daily and when answered they hang up. Very frustrating.

I'm on the National Do Not Call list and this @#%& spammer keeps calling. Next time I'll answer it and tell them three times not to call again.

Can you tell them to: Please STOP CALLING EVERY FEW HOURS!!!

Got two calls over the past couple of days.  No one ever there.

This company contracts and acts as a front for many different companies--mine turned out to be from a Honda dealer wanting me to come in and buy my old Honda. I learned this after dialing 800-841-0653 back. (I didn't ask them why they kept calling and hanging up). Bottom line:  could be initiated by any number of businesses...........
