4 times already today and it's only 4pm. Love the block list on my phone but seriously people!?!?!

Caller stated she was Stephanie calling from Fidelity and that I must call back before 5pm.

But even if you do these things they still have the right to put it on your credit report? Is this correct or not?

A gentlemen with a sketchy accent has called both my cell and my home phone. He identifies himself as Scott Baker, but gives no other pertinent information. Sescribes the call as "a very important personal business matter" of mine.  My home phone is a fairly new number. Not sure how he got both it and my cell number. Blocked him on my cell, but not sure how to on my home phone.

call them back and tell them you are not responsible for that persons bills.  You don't know who they are and the info is yours not theirs. The company is Fidelity and they are a collection company.  I spoke with a gentleman who was very polite and told me he would remove my info from the account they were calling about.

I Got A Call From This Number 1-800-860-9701 & They Lefted A Message On My Phone I Called Back & Said The Mail Box Is Full

I don't know who these people are, Some guy named "Dan Ferguson" never applied for anything, these spam calls are gonna pile up on my blocked list.
