Answered the phone as this is the third call I rec'd within the hour. It is tracfone asking that you take a survey all automated gave them a ) rating and said I would not recommend them and then it says to leave a message as to why and I left one telling them that they are calling people at 12 am 12:24am and then again at 12:41am that's why and do not call this number again take me off your list. I will be reporting them as I told them that in my message also.

Multiple calls from 800-864-7540 at 11pm at night?

Tracfone survey. I agreed at the beginning of the call to transfer a number to a new Tracfone to take it. They called before I was even 3 minutes into the phone call. Yeah, let me get off with your rep I waited to talk to just to answer a survey about what I haven't been able to do yet.

Hate Straight talk but we live to far out for other phone companies with decent rates. I had to call today to update our credit card info. After saying I would take the survey (to let them know how much I hate the so-called service, and  going through numerous automated push number blah blab for blah blah which I pushed 5 every time to update our info. Had to give all our personal info to a stranger online and like others have said I got a call while speaking to the customer support lady from an unknown number. No message of course. So after finishing my call I looked the number up on line. Here I am. I hate straighttalk. And I hate that in this day and age if you live out of a big city your choices on any service like phone, Internet or television is limited. I think that's called a monopoly. I thought that was illegal. Oh and we live on 100 acres within the city limits of a small city that is 15 to 20 miles from larger cities. But we have schools, a city hall, our own post office and Police department and even hold a courthouse, so it's not like we're totally in the middle of no where.
