I received a call on my cell phone from this # (800)868-6401 - the caller asked for "Victor" - I told him he had the wrong # and he just hung up ...

weird ...

This number keeps calling and not leaving a message, they are very annoying and consistantly calling and I don't know who they are...does anyone?

My cell phone is not in my name and is registered on the Do Not Call list. I'm wondering how they got my cell # instead of my home phone and who they are. They call twice a day and I do not know why. I will not waste my minutes on them.

Got a call from that number and also from 800-798-3701.  It says "it this," and then it goes to an automatic voice recorder... I hang up.  I'm not liking the fact that they are using my minutes for nothing...  I've put them in my phonebook at DO NOT RESPOND!!!

The same number keeps calling me (1-800-868-6401), but it is an automated voice. It says that it's imperative that I return their call. When I call the number back, I hear a whole bunch of people talking in the background. How do these weirdos get our numbers???

They called twice in one day left me one message thankfully I slept through both, the message said something along the lines of Wes Winchester, his company as Nelson Watson Associates it's very imperative that I call them back and give me another number.  My phone is also not in my name and I very rarely put it on any forms, I'm starting to wonder where was the last place I used my acctual phone number to fill out a form,  and you know what the last place I can think of was, it was my god damn taxes.  I'm not saying the government is giving out my phone number to people to then scam me, I'm saying the government wants all mine and your information and then just happens to be really bad at keeping it secret, as indicated by how many thefts of information there are.

I got a call showing caller id # 1800-868-6401 I p/u and after i say hello for about 30-45 seconds a recorded message cmes on saying to call 1800-840-4786. I called and got a hold of ken lopian who said he was representing nelson watson and associate, When I told him he is looking for my sister not me, he told me to check out there website @ WWW.NELSONWATSON.COM and to have my sister call 1-800-764-2214. Then he asked me if she still resides at and quoted an address, I advised him as a collector for the last 7 years I know that is proprietary information and that according to FDCPA he can not release that information, he said "listen here don't get smart with me and think you know what the hell you are talking about this so before you start trying to quote FDCPA, go to some training." When I informed him I have been in collections for 7 years and have taking the training at least 5 times over that span he told me I don't know what I am talking about. I told him I will not be spoken down to and told him that point I told him I will not be talked down and he can stop calling my # or I will report him. he said go ahead and he will not remove my # again AGAINST FDCPA. Why Would They have at least 3 #'s ( one from caller I.D. 1800-868-6401, The # they said to call back 1 800-840-4786, and the # ken gave to have my sister call him back 1-800-764-2214) and in the background it sounds like a bar not a call center.

I have only a tracfone and have only had it since the 3rd of March. By the 5th I was getting calls from this number and refuse to answer them because I can not afford to answer calls I do not know.

The message they leave is they're calling on behalf of someone with last name of Rickertsen. Saying I am being contacted about a complaint from this person. I need to contact them so no further action will be taken. Sometimes it's a man calling. Sometimes it's a woman.
I have the number blocked but they keep calling
