Same as above, this number leaves strange voice messages, asking if I want to place this call on hold. They also talk bull**** that if you listen for so long, that you are admitting to this debt, and you are who you are I feel the same as the above. If I do owe the debt, I owe it to the company, or medical facility. Not to a debt company that purchases it , and hold it over your head forever. Even by blocking the number they are SOMEHOW able to still leave me voice messages. Annoying as f**k. You DO realize that after a company DISMISSES your debt, or sells it, it means that they wrote it off, and you technically no longer owe it to THEM, but to this company that buys bad debt. I tell them to go f**k themselves. And that my credit is shot already. Go ahead. Bye Felicia.

Debt collector asking. For blurred name  connected to health insurance hard to understand hey call from diff no many times a day . By law u cahn asjk for info. Words on paper to be mailed to you .  I have this stuff. Mailed to me care of my local police Dept.

I would think they are being discreet, because of the sensitive subject, and do not want to embarrass the person they are calling for. They also don't want to share the sensitive information with anyone but whom the phone call is intended!
