it is MEDCO they called to verify my shipping address since im away at school is the insurance is in my moms name!! very easy phone call!

Medco robo-call, annoyingly calling to verify info they have on file already and used just a few days ago.  They hold your drugs for ransom until you call back (at a different number) and say "Yeah, that's STILL my address, send my prescriptions already."  Legit, but stupid.

Got a call from this number that asked if I would go to a neighbor's home and leave a message to call them. He said he was not the police but an attorney. This is not how an attorney shoud conduct a business.....

MEDCO Pharmacy--these are calls regarding prescription medicines.  In my case, a reminder they are shipping medicines.  They are legitimate.

It is indeed MEDCO.  Certain Rx plans require that various long term Rx's be filled by mail order through MEDCO and not a local pharmacy.  Listen carefully to the message as it contains information pertaining to a Rx perscription and/or refill.  I know this to be so as I am a MEDCO plan participant.

It was MEDCO, they wanted to let me know my doctor refilled my prescription and they were sending them to me ASAP. LOVE THEM ! :D

I am a MEDCO customer - I probably should answer the next time they call.

Again, this number is from Medco, and the are just calling to verify a shipping address for someone who is depending on them to get a prescription. My wife and I both use this service through our health plan, and it works well for us. My wife gets critical anti-rejection drugs from them (for a transplanted organ that she very much wants to keep), so don't worry, they are not out to scam you or steal your identity. If they have the wrong number (say, if you don't use their services), just tell them.

Legitimate call from MEDCO.  Mine was to verify shipping information for an Rx renewal as we had recently moved.

The number you make to call Medco (or any other company/office) may be different from the outgoing number. Unless you add the number from the incoming call to your caller ID list, it won't show as the legitimate caller. For instance, the number I use to reach my doctor is their main incoming line. They use a different line or lines for outgoing calls. The phone number is usually one or two digits different from the number they use for incoming calls. So the number I call may end in 6508, but the calls they make to me might be from 6509 or 6510.

Medco really needs to fix this so that "Medco" shows up on the caller ID.  I ignored this caller for 3 weeks because of this and it turned out to be something important.

Yes, 800-903-3589 is Medco Pharmacy calling to give you information on 1 of your prescriptions. If they call you by mistake tell them.

All 800 and 888 numbers do not show from whom the call originates unless you put it in your caller Id list

It is for prescription mail order. Usually they need to get info from the patient for shipping medication. They leave messages so you know to call them back.

Recorded message from caller claiming to be calling from "Express-Scripts" for my wife to update her VISA card number which was supposedly expiring on their system.  Caller said her VISA card ended in 0318 and wanted my wife to call "member services" at (800) 903-3589 ASAP.
Fact:  My wife does NOT have a VISA card!
Fact:  My wife does NOT use Express-Scripts!

I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM MEANT TO SUCKER PEOPLE INTO GIVING AWAY THEIR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS.  DON'T BE FOOLED!!!

My Dad received a call from this same number. They said his VISA card was about to expire and the wanted information. He knew they were incorrect so he just said ok and hung up.
