- SarahIf this number called you And did not leave a message it is bc your number is listed as the premise phone number on the account and when it is called they need a password or pass code to verify you first. If the voice mail or answering machine picks up they are not allowed to leave case sensitive material on it. You are all stupid for thinking they are pranking you. Just call back and tell them to take you off the call list for that account. They monitoring over 500,000 accounts. The alarm companies you bought the system from hires this company to monitor the account. They sell the system install it have a local office for service issues but they do not monitor the account. And this company also provides an answering service for a lot of companies after they closed.

- TaraThis number keeps calling but leaves no message on the voicemail. If I pick up, they hang up.
- S replies to Tom| 1 replyI got a call from this number on my Google Voice line, which I have only shared with close friends and medical offices. They called at 6:10 in the morning! I received a message with an automated voice that said:
"932-3822 and reference alarm number 94381. Thank you, and have a great morning. Bye."
I definitely don't have an alarm system, and if there was one at my house, I wouldn't be the one receiving a call about it.
I'm getting REALLY tired of phone calls from scammers, which clearly this was. - Jasmine replies to SThis is a valid phone number. My father has a medical alert system. I was called tonight because he fell and they dispatched an ambulance to help him. However they left much more information than just a reference number and certainly did not say "have a great morning". They provided me some basic information enough to know that it was not a bogus phone call. When I returned the call, they gave me the details of my father's emergency and I spoke with the paramedics at his home.
- DeniseThis is a legitimate company. I got a call at four a.m. When I saw it was an 800 number, I didn't pick it up. They left a message, and it was regarding my 91-year-old neighbor who had fallen. I quickly scrambled to get dressed, and run across the street to let the emergency medical team in his house. I'd been given a key in case of an emergency.

- Bonnie replies to lizThis number is for Medical Alert....they call if you alarm goes off. My housekeeper accidently hit the Med Alert button on my shower Med Alert watch and the company called my house to be sure all was well..........however, I thought it was a robo call as I get many and I hung up on them....to my dismay they had my wrong cell phone number and called my daughter at work telling her I was not responding----so nice to greet the paramedics and fire department at my front door.....the good news they now have my CORRECT cell number and the it proves the Med Alert system worked.
- It's okMy husband owns a business. This number called his cell phone and our home phone to alert us to a security/building issue that their sensors pick up after hours. This is legit.

- SherCThis number is alarm monitoring. They also monitor Life Alert (Help! I've fallen & can't get up) If you're getting a call from them, you or someone you know has your number connected to them for EMERGENCY!! They are NOT telemarketers & you need to answer. This just happened to me. I was giving the poor guy Hell about calling after midnight & it turned out my elderly mother-in-law had fallen & needed help. If you get this number, then have them look up people that might have you listed for an emergency contact.
