As usual, I got this while in the library, where we're not allowed to use our phones unless we whisper and are off them quickly. Saw it was toll-free, so I hit ignore.

I get calls from this number.  I don't answer because I don't know them and they don't leave a message

Recorded message stating they noticed our loan refinance request was denied, but no problem as they can now help. The number they called is a business....the owner already owns the property.

No message. When I called Southern California Edison to see if they called, the actual SCE representative said that they don't call customers requesting payment. All forms of payment go through the mail or notices left on doors. He said no outgoing calls come from this number and that it would be fine to block it. He also confirmed that he has had several callers reporting an unknown third party telemarketer spoofing their number.

yes  I got one today re an account under my mother's name.. She has been deceased for over 5 yrs and never had an account!
