This was Allied Interstate collections.  They were collecting a bill from some lady who used to have my number.  Irritating.  It's a recording that tells me to call them back and that it's "an attempt to collect a debt."

They woke me up-I was home sick,they call at least once a week-never any message-I say"hi" and they hang up.

Calls and hangs up when I answer - no message that I remember getting. The reason I found out about the company is because I searched the number on google.com. I thought it was my ex-husband or a friend of his before researching on the internet.

This 1-800-955-3103 # calls my cell phone EVERYDAY up to 2 or 3 times a DAY!! Nothing more annoying  than numerous phone calls a day and THEY never say ANYTHNG...its just silence. QUIT CALLING ME!!!!! or at least say something so I can give you a piece of my mind :)

I have gotten a call every day for the past week from this number.  I can't believe that nothing can be done to stop thiese harrassing calls

these people are freakin idiots. bill collectors  looking for several people that had the # before us. changed their #because of harrasment im thinking so now are bugging us. call15 to 20 times a day. just hangs up.been going on for 9 mo.what can be done?

Do the people posting here realize they are not reaching the idiots at Allied Interstate?  This is a forum for others to figure out who is calling them.  Please stop posting for the company to 'stop calling me'.  It doesn't get to them!

I get daily and sometimes multiple times a day phone calles from a "TOLL FREE NUMBER" always the same 1-800-955-3103.  I quit answering when I was not getting a response to Hello.  I finally answered on Saturday Past because my phones caller id isn't working.  I got a very nice lady named Sandy who was very polite asking for my daughter.  Now mind you my daughter owes bills so I thought it was legit.  I gave them her address but no other information.  She called them back and then called me and said that it wasn't for her and that it was some other guy.  Now I know she was telling the truth, seems she has a Capitol One credit card and some how there is a connection.  I have filed a complaint with the MO Attny General's office.  Do Not Call lists don't mean anything when you willingly give your number to a company. However selling your number or giving it out for other reasons is just low.  Hang up on Allied and call your State Attny Generals office immediately.

Call at 8:09 and again today.  I called the number back and they asked for my phone number which I gladly gave and told them not to call here again.  They wanted a Thomas and no one here by that name.  Believe they are a collection agency which I do not owe anyone anything

These guys called my wife phone and I'm getting mad PLEASE STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number called my cell phone, I too am on the do not call list, when I answered they hung up. I called them back.
When I asked the woman that answered who she was she said I called her and what did I want. I told her I was returning a call to my phone and she hung up.

they are a utilities debt collection agency. they are very shady in their "business" dealings. Do what I do. Answer the phone and ask them for their home number & address (or something really personal) and tell you will call them at home...LOL. Or answer and put them on hold until they hang up. You can call your phone co and have their # blocked (not on a cell). Have fun with it, if they find that they are getting to you, they increase their harassment.

This IS a collection agency.  They are called "Allied Interstate".  This is NOT the government.
If you will simply call them back, tell them your phone number (they already have it so don't fret), they will tell you who THINKS you owe them money.  DO NOT tell them your name!  They only know you by your phone number at this point.  In my case, i knew i didn't owe anyone money, but i wanted to know who thought i did.  They told me the persons name and i said i didn't know them and didn't owe them money.  They asked for the last four digits of the phone number again for verification, then removed my number from their database.

Sunday morning BS phone calls - no answer/reply on other side.

We keel getting calls from this # and they leave recording messages to call back. Call back and get recording saying you have called after hours to call back during regular business hours.
