It's a call from a man claiming to be from " Chapter Law Professionals" in regards to collecting debt on behalf of another company. It's BS. My credit score is good. FRAUD!

Threatening robocall saying pay debt or go to court. I have no debts. Scam or scum trying to scare innocent people to pay.

Sounds like a robo-call...if I do not pay up they initiate court action....no specifics on that. I have no debts and a 700-plus credit score.  Might  just call them  back and initiate court action myself

Total Scam.
They have been harassing me for almost a year. At first, it was only phone calls, so I kept blocking random numbers, which seemed to work for a bit (they still called, but it wouldn't go through). Eventually, they moved to email, which I sent to spam (they said they were pursuing legal action despite not having any debt). The most recent email noted that they had looked into my finances and knew I had enough money to cover this debt (that doesn't exist) and that if I did not respond in 24 hours, they would proceed with garnishing my wages. This email spooked me a little bit because it got me wondering if someone has taken out a credit card in my name and I didn't know. So, I did a credit score check and it's great (aka, I clearly have no debt). I was advised to keep ignoring because answering the phone or email could make things worse. I just hope that someone with actual debt doesn't get scared and scammed by them.

Had a robotic man call and leave message that I have owed money and charge against me. All BULL!! and there is nothing that is owed. I have reported it to the RCMP
