- markI initally missed this call, and due the nature of my job, called back to see who I had missed (I receive a lot of 800# calls for work). A man answered on the first ring with just a GROGGY "FED CHECK" asked me what number they had called. He said they handle "personal matters" for others.... What the hell...? Probably a collection agency.
- Kyana Roberts| 3 repliessomeone keep calling my Dad and upsetting him, so i talk to a man at the company to see what it was about he start tell me that my father D. Howard gave a company a bad check and when i told them there is no way my dad gave anyone a bad check then the man got unset with me tell me my dad did right the check I inform the man my dad never had a checking account and that my dad don't read and write. Then he told me I must have. I told him not to call and have all call stop to my dad house, he up in age, and this is upsetting him. He told me they will call anytime they want to. So I don't know what to do.
- Caller: Fed Check
- upset oneTHis number calls my house several times a day in the last three days. They don't leave a message. I've never heard of Fed Check and I don't have any bounced checks so I'm confused. I suppose I will have to answer and find out.
- dont commit fraudYou either owe money or someone has stolen your checks and wrote them to one of the merchants Fedchex works with. Sometimes people purposely put wrong numbers in checks and it happens to be yours, simply by luck. Try answering the phone and figuring it out. If you don't figure it out attorneys get involved. If you get a groggy upset guy, ask for a manager. Handle your business.
Regardless they are a legit company and have been in business for 10 years or so. I did the research.- Caller: Fedchex
- deadbeats.comIts the million dollar payout calling!
- FEDChex ManagerNext time ask to speak with a manager. If the agent doesn't cooperate, hang up and call back to get someone else. Everything can be resolved by a simple casual conversation. Good luck and remember, it's like dealing with a minimum wage employee at the drive-thru. You don't want them to spit in your food, so don't place your order until you speak with a manager. If the manager is rude, then he/she is not a real manager.

- Pissed Off replies to ALICIA| 1 replySame!!! What did you do?? Did you pay?
- current student replies to Pissed OffNot yet. I just got an email saying I need to pay them for a book I rented but did not return. I was under the impression that the school would just bill me for it like they do for my other stuff. But now I have to pay fedchex in the next ten days or they will get a law office involved. Not sure what to do.
- Student momAccording to my son -- He didn't want to return his book until after his final exam in the class (he needed it to study). When he came out of the exam the text book kiosk was gone. Now it's late. He has tried to contact Follett and they want him to deal with school bookstore - everyone giving him the run around! Now collection calls - Fabulous

- Lewisthis company is a scam first they contacted me talking about chegg which is where I rented books for college and then they call me about Campus Book Rentals saying that I owe them money and the card i use has been expired which is not true I have the same credit card so if I did owe these companies money they would have just removed the money from the card. I also called the company itself and they said that they have no record of me owing them any money so this company is a scam attempting to get your credit card information so that they can steal your money. Fedchex recovery, Nebraska books.com, paymybook.com 800 979 8917, phone calls from California things like that, that phone number anything to do with those titles it's a scam.

- AnnaI received a call from Valerie informing me I had an overdue book from this December which is true but I take that up with my school or they charge to my account. I’ve had late books before and never had this issue. Then I got redirected to this gone number tells me to go to paymybalance. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam a man answered and I asked him what the title of the book was and he just said criminology and I asked him what the authors names were and he couldn’t tell me. I’m going to my book store today to deal with this and see if it’s a scam.
