Received a letter from "Dealer Warranty Program SPD" asking me to call 877-728-6043 or 800-981-5097 for Spanish speaking people. They had my name and the model of the car. Both probably taken from public records.

While do not know anything about their company, I do know they send junk mail and I do not do any business with spammers.

I have received a letter from these scammers, they claim that I owe money for vehicle protection of sorts and this is my "first and final warning." It had my name and address, yet they got the incorrect vehicle model. They demand me to call 1-800-981-5097, like hell I will! This number is also associated with scammers.

No address, but they are located in St. Louis, MO according to the letter.

I'll give you an address: 2021 Goose Lake Road, Sauget, IL 62206 & a 2nd phone number of 888-598-0258.  I've been told that if you write "return to sender" on the envelope and stick it back in the mail, they have to pay return postage.  That usually stops their crap.  I hope this helps.

Not a phone call, but fyi this number is associated with a spam: Vehicle Services Division, 505 Corporate Center Drive, Belleville, IL 62221. Keep getting private & confidential messages about an automobile factory warranty expiring...and I no longer own a car.

Chiming in to confirm the phone number of (800)981-5097 and address of 505 Corporate Center Drive, Belleville, IL 62221. Received a letter in the mail from a "Kevin Damian" in the "Vehicle Services Division".. there is absolutely zero effort put into this scam lol

I keep getting these letters in the mail from "Vehicle Services Division" a "Kevin Damian" wanting me to call them and provide them with my VIN number to my car and mileage.

Contents of the letter:

"ATTENTION: NAME_OF_PERSON

Please call (800)981-5097 with VIN and current mileage before 07/15/25.

Our records indicate that you have not contacted us regarding the vehicle service contract on your vehicle.

You are receiving this notice because your factory warranty has expired or may be about to expire.

By neglecting to activate your coverage you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs after your factory warranty expires. However, you still may have time left to activate coverage on your vehicle before it's too late. Final acceptance is subject to your ability to meet eligibility requirements.

This may be our only attempt to contact you about activating your vehicle service contract.

We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service converge if you do not meet our criteria.
Call within 5 days to ensure eligibility.

Of course this is a scam, be aware people.

One of the worst scams out there IMHO. A cross between full on scam and a horrible rip-off. Nothing but alibi agents that will find an excuse to deny every claim.
