They've called once a day for the past few days when I pick up nobody on the other end and they hang up. It's so annoying! What should we do?

Ignore this. It's TD telemarketing call.

Every morning this number calls, but no one responds when we answer...let go of what one is doeing, look for a phone, juts to get frustrated !!

It happens to me, too.

robotic voice saying its important and asking for my wife and press 1 when ready. we did  - then it gives dead air - nothing! - what a joke - what kind of a bank does this? thinking of moving banks soon, they can't even afford to have real people call us after nickel and diming us to death?!

I was very suspicious so I asked for his Ph.# and he gave it to me when I looked at my C/C that was the # so I called TD and it was legit they wanted to increase my limit so I said OK

I received numerous calls from what is being displayed as that phone number. If I do not answer, I get "missed call" notices. Never any voicemail messages. What is that? What is the purpose?

Whether we answer or not, t's a robot from TDCT telling us to call back.  If someone wants to talk to me, he can bloody ring me himself. Why would I ring back? Just to sit on hold, waiting for a "specialist",  for 14 minutes?  Yes, I timed it and then gave them HELL --that's harassment. Btw, "specialist" in what?  Not answering their telephones?
