Same thing has happened to me, but I live in Canada so I was billed $110.85, and need to go through a dispute process with the credit card company. It can take up to 60 days to hear back. I don't think I can file a police report because I'm in Canada which will make it harder to recover the money, that and the fact that I received no invoice or statement, or even product.

This company is stealing money from anyone that purchased a trial sample of the ACAI BERRY PILLS. Their 800 # is 877-350-8480. Call and demand a refund and they will refund you within 3-5 business days. They charged me $8.51.

The main scumbag company is 'HEATHIERFORME' that will charge your account $89.31 without your permission! And you are charged $1.79 international service fee that they do not refund! And they are very very hard to get your money back from. 15 days and waiting here! Their 800 # is 888-771-7029.

They also sell your name to 'FIT FACTORY' that will charge you $29.95. Call and demand a refund and you should get it in 3-5 business days. They know they stole your money, so they will give it back if you catch them! Their 800 # is 866-407-1022.

I had to cancel my debit card to get all the charges from attacking my checking account! Good luck! These people should be sued! Not to mention you have to deal with crap Indian customer service reps that you can hardly understand!!

Colon Cure Cleanser is a scam I try the toll free number 866-343-7937 and I also try to call the 801-208-7485.  I order the trail size of colon cleanser and when I was charged with $89.31 on my account, I was not advised on how much it would cost.  I call and spoke with different individuals that I wanted a refund they told I was not entitled to a refund, I told them that in there terms and condition it states I was.  This is a SCAM.  I ask for an address, so I can send a letter from my attorney they were not allow to give that information out. I also asked for a supervisor, I was told there were none.  I called back and they advised me they were in a meeting, which I know was a lie.  This is the biggest SCAM I ever heard of, especially how can Oprah and Rachel Ray can advertise for this company.  They should be investigate also.

I, too, went for the free trial bottle for $3.95! I cancelled with the other number given 1-877-350-8480 and was given a confirmation number by Edmund. The 801-208-7485 number I tried calling several different times during the claimed times customer service was opened but did not get any answer all times. I called the 877 number again to find a rep,Conrad, claimed my order was cancelled but has no notes in computer that my bank account was billed $88.55. Conrad referred me to an email customerservice@nubodi.com to send my  bank statement showing what was charged and to start process of getting a refund. Well...my email was returned stating there was no such address!!! BEWARE to all!!! Believe me...I will still be trying!

I am having the same problem - except I never even received my free sample (colon clense) and now I was charged for $128.10 for a Smile Kit?!?!  Still on hold with the company.  This is such a scam!!!
