    I so agree. I am tired of Verizon not taking action or accountability for anything even their own errors. I will write my letters and copy in news and government agencies. Thanks to Verizon lowering their customer service and this feedback I have the motivation to write.

    Yesterday around 2:15 I started getting random texts from this number. I would suggest blocking it but I'm not sure. I activated my new iPhone around 1 in the afternoon and I instantly started getting these texts. It's probably some intolerable piece of crap trying to scheme an easy dollar. I would suggest not to respond back because it charges you 25 cents and it doesn't stop with the texting.
