This number has called my twice today.  The first time when I answered an automated voice said to stay on the line and someone with Comcast will be with me but then no one came.  The second time I answered and no one said anything.

This number calls me several times a day. I am current with bill. How do I stop this?

I don't even have comcast and they are calling me twice a day! how can i stop this annoyance?

Got a call from a guy stating he is from comcast and asking whether I have any problem with my TV or Internet services. So, I mentioned no but he still said will come over and for regular check.
I wanna know who was that person and where is he calling from ?

It is comcast. They are not calling about a past due bill. They are now calling customers when they get an alert on the account showing problems w/slow or intermittant internet speeds, recalled modems or other modem issues, etc. It's a new program they have recently rolled out to improve customer relations/service.

You can call the Comcast 1-800 service # and they will be able to verify if it is a legit call. If it's legit there will be a notation on your account about the call.
