They didn't mention that there are many independents running against Eddie Yokley (Dem) and David Hawk (Rep) running in the November election. Write ins will be a major part of the state house election in TN. Many people may write in one of the other Republican names like Duncan Cave, Ted Hensely, or Bradly Mercer.  Not mentioned in this survey was the name of writer Jason Moore (JS Moore) who is famous in the area for writing Tennessee history books and a few children books. The author is running an aggressive write-in campaign for Tennessee state house rep.! Also, not mentioned was that fact that Park Overall is running a campaign almost totally from facebook.  Since the Democratic party didn't want the person who won the primary to be on the ballot they asked people to write-in another name.  Park Overall is one of the top names for an option since she came in third in the primary race.

Call, Fax  and e-mail them repeatedly and tell them EXACTLY what you think of their annoying and harassing calls. File complaints against them at bbb.org, the Utah Ag's office, the FTC at donotcall.gov and the FCC at FCC.gov.  This is the ONLY way to get these pieces of garbage to stop.

Got a call three days in a row on my cell. Id said Ogden, Utah. Didn't answer and they left no message. The election was over four days ago. Why would they start calling now. Sounds like a big scam to me. I don't like that they are calling my cell phone.

Received a call from (801) 823-2029 around noon. did not leave a message. Won't pick up when I call, goes straight to voicemail. Most likely a robo-call.

I began receiving calls from this number the day after I used the local 411 number locator service with my cellphone..my number was probably bundled and sold to this firm.

They've called at least twice within the past month and the caller ID always identifies them as 'Junk'. Sadly, it doesn't do this for any other prank calls or telemarketers
