The caller said he was taking a survery on politics. I told him I was on the Do Not Call Registry and he said he new that..I hung up!!!

They are breaking the law; but unless you consolidate your complaint to
a larger case, small claims court won't give you anything. Alert the attorney

Actually, as irritating as they are, they are NOT breaking the law. They are a political survey company and political surveys are exempt from the do-not-call registry. Check the complaint page at the DNC registry web site:

The page states: "Reminder: Even if your number is registered, charities, political organizations, and telephone surveyors may continue to call you."

These people also use this # 801.823.2038. When I picked up the phone there was no response. When I tried calling back, the recording stated that I had reached a disconnected number. I then tried the 2038 # and the recording stated that I had reached 'Opinionology' which is a survey company that takes opinions on products and services. Not wanting to wait on the line and talk to anyone, I terminated the call.

This number called and left no message.

"PAC" stands for "Political Action Committee"

Sorry to say, but political calls are one of those that were exempted from the "do not call" registry. Political parties, non-profit organizations, people you've done business with in the last 6 months, etc. There are like 25 exemptions to the law, and of course, crooks will never abide by it

This number has called about six times today.

Someone using this number threatened to shoot me tonight.

Got a call from them today and yesterday during the 7:00pm hour. I don't answer phone calls I don't recognize. No message left. They also use 801-823-2031.

We receive a call from this number almost every night.  No one is on the line
