This is some sort of annoying call and don't know what their agenda is. I've received 20 or more calls from them. Their # disappears and doesn't appear in the "recents" list. Definitely don't answer and block them if possible. I did block them and just got another call.

Beware--it is a scam! Do not call the number back under any circumstances.

I have received calls from this number a few times. It is usually a few days after I use my Bank services at Chase Bank. I was never asked for any information...they simply told me that they wanted to know how i would rate the services received from my last resent visit to my Chase Bank branch. (...they already knew I had been to the Bank recently which they wouldn't have known if not a legitimate organization...)

Don't worry about any Identity Theft issues...after answering their question it was over and done with!

I received this phone call from Chase.  I recently opened two more accounts with Chase.  This has happened about 3 years ago.

I got a call from my local Chase branch soliciting me about their services, which I already have, and I told them not to call me anymore unless it was regarding my account.  She agreed to note.
Two days later I get a call from this 801-877-3859 number , which on my caller ID is Chase....What the !!!!
They keep calling and I don't answer.  I think the woman did this on purpose to piss me off.  
Blocking this number.

survey from Chase wanting to know if i did banking at a branch in TX. Hellllloooo chase... I am in CA and you Chase should know if I did banking there...or not...

I just went to the convenience store ATM which happens to be a chase ATM yet I don't have a chase bank account. I didnt answer & they didnt leave a message. That's not cool that they could contact me without having my bank account through chase! Freaks me out.

They just called me and this is how i deal with these idiot telemarketers, I tell them since they called me from a blocked call or unknown that the call automaticly reverse bills for all blocked calls at 5.00 per call and i thank them for paying my phone bill. they will put that number in their systems no call list.

Google Voice is free.  Could save you some cash if you have to replace that in the future.

This is a scammer collecting info and needs you to just answer the phone To verify that the number is a household # that can be sold in a list. THAT is the business they are in---selling lists of VALID NUMBERS. salt lake city scammers, almost got one of those cronies as our president...scum
You will get scammed in some way once you are in the system. DONT ANSWER THE CALL EVER IF YOU DONT KNOW THE NUMBER!!!!!!!!

Got a call from this number... unknown, and I have ALL the numbers I need for Chase, so I did not answer, and put them on my Blocked list on my videophone.

Got a call asked me if I wanted to talk yo a woman I hung up

Woman on phone said she was going to give me $5,000.00 a week for life. I told her to send it to me. She asked for my address. I asked how she got my #, she told me I was in her records I told her to look up my address in the same records. She said someone's address I told her what number is associated with that address she gave me a different number I told her to send the money there under my name and we will split it. She hung up. I like taking up peoples time too.

I guess I'm lucky - they didn't leave a message! SMH...

Admission of your name is entering a contract with them.  Answer no questions, only ask and state that your time is worth 500$ an hour and that if they wish to book you, they should call back during business hours and that someone might have time to take their call.

This seems like a legit survey from Chase.  They knew I had just performed a transaction at a local branch recently.  The lady seemed nice, so I gave her my bank account information just to make sure her records were accurate, even though she didn't ask me for it.

I too got a call from the same number and asked for the survey..I just gave them 8 as an input and they asked y so u rating only 8..I said that it's because I was waiting for long time..Then she said ok and I disconnected..I do no what they r trying to take from these calls....
