Yo if anyone need help getting this issue resolved call this number 8572369700. They did an amazing job with helping me out!

I received a call from 8022643580 from a man named Moe claiming to be from the CT Dept of Health.  I told him to take my number off his list and hung up.

Last night, before I received the phone call, I received two text messages from 4438427559 also claiming to be part of a survey for CT Dept of Health and CDC.

they just called me ,I refused ,they tried to keep me on the line saying when ,I just hung up...

Please remove phone # 630-852-0491 from your list.

The company calling is ICF Macro which contracts with state and federal governments to conduct cell phone health surveys.

If you make it clear that you're not interested, they are supposed make two attempts, but if you say "now is not a good time" and assume that they are allowed to consider that a final disposition, then HANG-UP after that every time they call you may receive the phone call several more times (which is fairly inconvenient for almost everyone)...

They called me at 8:53pm and Stated as Connecticut Department of Public Health. Wtf? They work after hours now?
My phone said area code from Burlington, Vermont. So is a private company? Out of the state of Connecticut, fishy? Told them is too late to ask questions. Hung up on them.

I just got my sixth call on Sunday and I SCREAMED at her.  Said take me off your [***] list, I DON'T want to talk to you.  I'll scream one more time if they call again, then just not answer anymore.  Very annoying...
