I received an email pretending to be from PayPal.  The message read that I was charged for $394 by PayPal. They included the number 805-236-5041 to resolve the issue if I think the bill was sent in error. I new this was fake and dialed that number to hear who and how responds to my call. The call was answered right away. Indian accent, of course. I asked, why are they scamming Americans. The man cursed at me and then hung up.
