"Hi this David from (garbled) medical billing services. This is a business call our callback number is 8057232873"
(note: this is a REPEAT call nearly identical from the call almost exactly 1 year ago to the day. The fact the company name is the ONLY thing garbled and that it was a "silent" (no ringing) call sent directly to voicemail is suspicious. Also unusual is the phone referenced in the voicemail is the same as the detected callerID phone number. That doesn't usually happen. Outwardly this appears to be a solicitation to provide medical billing services to doctors, but there's just this bit of doubt.)

Call back gets, "Thank you for calling PhysicianCure."  It went on to say it was after hours or all agents were busy etc.  It is also the number published on the website of that name: PhysicianCure (805-723-CURE).  According to the website they do billing, coding, insurance verification, etc.
