Reply YES or NO.
To opt out of alerts, reply STOP.
After replying "NO" a call comes in from 805-746-0914 from Jonathan Roberts saying he's with BofA Fraud Dept investigating unusual activity on the account.

Don't be a victim twice!  While scams are always possible, NEVER ignore a fraud alert.  Call the number on your card or the published number for BOA.  Ask to be transferred to the fraud department.  It's wise to be suspicious but not to be foolish.  Never give information to someone who calls you.  Initiate the call but do not ignore fraud alerts.  Scammers also win when they throw doubt on legitimate fraud calls.  Call the number on your card and ask for the fraud department.
