    Iindividual starts talking about my new red, white and blue medicare card and  why haven't i received it yet? This call was from a call center (very noisy) couldn't hear clearly and hung up on them.  My understanding is that medicare will never call me with a lot of questions.  Repeat -- so i hung up.
