Published, unpublished, doesn't really matter anymore.  Often these calls are from autodialers that target a string of numbers.  Call back got, "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and you'll be transferred to the next available agent."  Then music.  This particular recording sounds odd; as if it the record was on the wrong speed.  Try it for yourself; you'll see what I mean.  I've reached this exact same recording before and it was some SPAM/SCAM about student loan debt forgiveness.  I can't be certain this is the same scammer/spammer as no one ever came to the phone.  Report it to your carrier as SPAM.  From AI Assist:
