this has been a constant harrasment and Im defintally calling the authorities, he states he is a sherriff and even got into it with my boss. Wow! Im shocked and confused

This guy has been calling my wife for 4 years trying to collect $2,500 from a "Mary Bonnet".  Calls have come from various area codes but the Indian accent guy is ultimately the one we speak to when we complain about the calls. We have never heard of Mary Bonnet. Today, 11/16/2012, we got another call and I called the number back - it was (806) 496-3429 - and this Indian accent jerk said he was Sheriff Ricky Clark of Lamb County, Texas and said that his Sheriff's department just received a complaint about "Mary Bonnet" two days ago and will quit calling. Yeah, right.

yes these [***] have been calling me to same thing i'v contacted the co. attorney and he says he's going to call them and stop this boy last time i look uo payday loans again just suffering web did'nt receive a loan from anyone but not doing this again hope eve4ryone has a nice day .

This assbag Sheriff Ricky Clark from Lamb County Texas Sheriff Department in Texas called today 01/08/2013, people they are not calling from TBE US USA they are calling for India (DOT) they use caller ID spoofing to US USA phone numbers, the under investigation by the FBI FCC and FTC, they have all your correct personal data including DOB SS# address and work numbers but don't be scared it's actually quite fun to mess with their heads

I got the same phone call, they threatened to have me arrested if I didn't payback my loan, that was already paid, and I also reported it to the FBI Crime Unit

Im the criminal investigator that works at the Sheriffs office Ricky Clark is impersonating. DO NOT send him any money,, its a scam. I have more that 100 complaints against Clark. I have tracked him down to India.

This is definitely a scam.

First of all, a company does not go to this extent before sending you to collections. What they are doing is illegal. So I took the liberty of looking of the so-called police department that he is claiming to be calling from. I called there and asked for him and the sheriff that answered that phone said that he was a scammer and they get those calls often.

Secondly, no one is going to call asking you to make a Western Union payment to some random person without giving their contact number. He advised that the case would cost me $7200 which is a lie!

Don't be fooled into giving your info. This number is definitely being blocked!

That jerk has been harassing me for months.  I called the Tyler Sheriffs and Smith County Sheriffs Offices.  They told me it was a scam and to turn him in to Davidson County Metro for fraud.  And I did.  I recorded the conversation I has with him.  He's toast.

I received a msg at work stating to call sheriff Ricky Clark.  I just decided to return the call and heard an Indian accent and already knew it was a scam. Whats funny, I'm dual certified as correctional and police officer and are currently working in corrections. I'm not playing into this and neither should you.

wow i recieved exactly the same call as you all and that was today 9-10-2013 i think its awesome that we are posting on here, but im taking it a step further and calling him every few hours , so far today ive called him 4 times to let him know that im investigating him and was just checking to see how he is, I have looked up other sites and found his other phone numbers so if he switches to one of them i will still find him. Its time we harass the harasser. the number he is now using is 806-496-3434 i for one will be calling him everyday until i get bored but i have alot of time on my hands. and isnt impersonating a police officer illegal. why is there not a bigger hunt for this guy most of these comments are a year old.

I got a call from a sheriff Ricky Clark out of the lamb county sheriffs office. He said I owed in 398 dollars today or I would be arrested. He also told me if I was arrested I would end up owing over 5000 dollars he's a total scam artist I was told the only way I could pay back the debt was by using a green dot reload able credit card. Do not listen too this guy.

This Person called me as well stating he was from the Sheriff's County Department in Texas. He says that I have 2 days to contact him, if not than my local sheriff's department would arrest me. He didn't leave any detailed message.

Received a call from an individual claiming to be Sheriff Ricky Clark from the Lamb County Sheriff's Office in Texas. Individual stated that he several criminal complaints with my name on it totaling $4,500.00. I contacted the Lamb County Sheriffs Office and that stated that it was a scam and is no way associated with their Department!!! This individual had my SSN and home address. Stated that if I did not pay $647.00 that a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Individual has also contacted my employer which causing me issues at work!
