For weeks now, everyday I get several calls from this number, I made the mistake once to answer my cell phone. The caller said they with with Equifax (Caller I.D. reads "EXP") they went on saying that  someone was tryng to open a credit card account under my name, which is a lie, I chekced with Experian and my accounts are all O.K. and there is no new ativity either. Obviously this is a scam. When I stopped answering their calls to my cell phone, they linked me to the landline. Yesterday they called the landline 3 times in a row, 1 minute apart starting at 7:47 PM, then 7:48 PM, and again at 7:49 PM. They did this the day before too. We no longer answer any phones anymore, if someone needs to talk with us they have to leave a message and maybe we will call them back? If you get a call from this scammer DO NOT TAKE THIER CALL'S AND REPORT IT.
