    Today, call to my land-line at 05:53 (!) Pacific, by some automated voice-response system, offering to relieve me of any (alleged) credit-card debt.
    Each time that I spoke, there was a pause, while the automation parsed my response.
    When I answered "no" to the "are you interested" question, the call ended.
