I received a call from this company on my cell phone. I asked them what card this was about and was told that this was a deal direct with Visa and Mastercard and they work to bring your interest rate down to a lower fixed rate. She then asked me if I carry a balance or if I pay off my bill each month. When I told her that I pay it off, she said "ok, so you're not going to be interested in our service. We'll give you a call back in 6 months." and ended the call.

After reading the comments above, I'm glad I didn't give her any info at all.

Received a call from this number and the "Mastercard / Visa" rep stated they could reduce my credit card rate. One problem for them, they needed my cell#, credit card #, expiration date, and balance information. You would think "Visa / Mastercard " would have that information.

I did a reverse look up and the number is for a cell phone in Hawaii. Watch out people, there are sharks everywhere, especially in Hawaii, apparently.

If you have entered any sweepstakes recently or second chance lottery drawings where you can enter your non-winning ticket and you gave your house phone or cell phone number as a contact,  they may be selling your  info to telemarketers who in return call you and try to get you to buy something. Note this, especially if you have an unlisted number that is not listed in the phone book or a cell phone number. Think back to if you've entered any sweepstakes. Make a note of when and where you've entered sweepstakes, even second chance lottery drawings and contact them to see if they share your information with telemarkters. Just a suggestion. This may be the way they're getting your phone numbers even work phone numbers.

I just received a call from this number and found your site.  I had a hunch that it was a scam.  The message wasn't addressed to me and did say anything about which Visa account.  Clear indication of possible fraud!!!

Stay away from this kind of caller.

It was the same credit card scam as described in the other comments. A recording asking me to press 1 if I wanted to lower my interest rates below the 10% I had. I told him I didn't have any rates over 10% and then I was hung up on.

This company calls every day-sometimes twice daily. I work nights and try to sleep days. I don't turn off my phone because I have a child in school and need to be reached in an emergency. When I hung on the line to complain, I got an insolent [***] named Roland who hung up on me when I told him to take me off robodial. This is an unpublished, unlisted cellphone, but they get me anyway.

These people have been calling both my home number and cell number for almost 6 months.  Same deal. Reducing your card interest rates. They claim to represent all credit card companies, Amex, Visa, MasterCard etc. when you press them for details of affliction th hang up. Once I asked for a call back number for confirmation. They gave me obe 877 number which tirned out to be some Asian porno line with a woman moaning heavily. Jeez. Some firm. Complaints to FCC as I'm on the DNC list had no response/action.  Even pressing to not be called again is ignored. They keep calling. This has to be a criminal operation.

They keep calling and when I press 1 to talk to someone they hang up when I complain.  Now when I press one and they answer I scream or blow a horn.  How do I get these people to stop calling?  I am on the do not call list but they still call.

Hello everyone, this company uses a caller ID spoof and this is the second time in three days that they called.  They have used 605-221-2284, 250-860-7079.  If they can lower my credit card rates to 4% then why would they be calling me-let's all use common sense.  Your CC company does not want you to lower your rates so its not them calling.  And unless they are going to offer you a check to pay off your debt, then they should figure out a proper way to try and cheat you.  Also please add to the list of number that they are using, since if you call any of their number back it seems to be a non-working number.

So the big question is, how do you report them?  I mean, this is ridiculous. They've called me 2-3 times a day for 6 months.  At the start I was polite and asked them to remove me from their list and they hung up every time.  Once I got the lady to say "Ok" after I asked her to remove me from her list.  After that I started getting upset and told them not to call, and so on.  Each time they hang up.  Now, why would you call someone over and over again to get them to use your services when they clearly don't want them nor do they want the calls.   If you do that to enough people, your company will eventually get in trouble for it.   It's bad for their business.  I'm finally at the point where I'm taking them on.
