Called my cell left message saying they were with Professional Services and it was for my mother as they had news about her home in michigan. Said her name was Judy

Called me about the sheriff sale my former home had just gone through. Told me I had money coming to me. Which didn't make sense to me.

I'm not 100% certain, but if the house sold for more than it was worth I believe you're entitled to the extra money. You would have to consult an attorney about that. I certainly would not trust someone cold calling you.

A woman names Judy called me to tell me she was looking for the family of my grandparents, who are both deceased, claiming our family has money coming to them from their old house. Problem is, the house went back to the bank, and I am not legally responsible for my grandparents estate. This seems like a scam targeted at people who have recently lost someone.

From prior posts, I think your conclusion is correct. The name - "Professional Services" is exactly the sort of vague name criminals like to use. It is a name that makes a web search difficult, so checking up on them is harder.

Corin called me about my brother going to loose my mother's house as it is going to be auctioned but they could help him keep the house. Also asked if probate has been started.

Called from 8106626918 saying they are professional services about my home.

Talked to Corin Willhoite who stated she was looking for my sister, who's home was foreclosed on.  She stated she was entitled to $1,000.  Offered probate help.  Did not pursue conversation further.

Received a mew call today from Laura: 616-824-1708.  Today told she told me she was looking for CANDY (me) regarding her home in foreclosure🤣🤣🤣

I received the same call the last two days! One from Corrine and one from Judy saying they have good news for my mothers house that passed away.

Received a call two days in a row saying they have great news about my deceased mother’s home which is in foreclosure so knew it was a acam! Beware the two ladies that called were Corrine from Port Huron MI and Judy from Mount Clemens MI

Corin Wilhoite now working a scam with a man who says his name is Austin & he's with ion.

Got a call from Laura and Corinne Willhoite saying my home is in foreclosure and started asking if I needed help with resources. Said their company is called Professional Services out of Flint, MI. They called from 810 662 6918 and 248 660 2049

I just received this same call from te same woman and phone number.  I think they tried texting me first.  It definitely seemed like a scam of some sort.

I just received a call from Laura at Professional Services advising that my home is in foreclosure, it will be auctioned Aug 8, 2025 and the law firm my lender is using is Trott Law in Farmington Hills (248.642.2515 is their phone number) and I need to call the firm to find out what my reinstatement fee is to save my house.  f I can't afford the fee to call her back because they have resources.  I asked for a phone number and she advised that I could call her directly.  She advised the only number available was her direct line.  I asked if there was a Corporate number or 800 number and she said no.  Sounds suspicious to me.

Got a call from a Judy from Professional services. Said she had good news on my deceased parents home.I know its a scam because it went back to the bank and there is no will. No ones name is on the deed but the bank and my parents. There is no associated phone numbers, so they are calling anyone with the same last name. Its also been the same exact message only from 3 different numbers

I got a call from all three. Laura, Judy, and corin, I filed bankruptcy so I know my home never went to sale. Are yall saying ion real estate are scammers too? Damn I dealt with them for 3 weeks trying to figure out something to save my home. Then we filed bankruptcy figure its much easy to repay it in sums rather than lose it all together. Corin also texted me a bunch of times as well.
