It's a "reward" hotline. If you call back and press #2, you'l be put on their do not call list.

VERY BAD IDEA! This only lets them know they have a good number to call. You should always hang up as soon as you realize the type of call. Software is often used to see how long you listen to a pitch, recorded or live. The longer you listen, the more calls you'll get.

Called back not letting me call. Not saying who they are

Called, phone never rang, no voicemail so I called back and got a recorded message that did not identify who they were.
