It was from a company trying to sell me an extended warranty. They said they had already sent mail to my address about needing an extended warranty for my 3 year old car. We did buy an extended warranty from the dealer so we don't need hers. She kept talking while I hung up. Huh. So where do they even get the info on my 3 year old car? The DMV? The dealer? So much info for sale.

Called trying to ask about the warranty on a vehicle I've never own. Told them to stop calling and hung up

I am on the NO Call List and these people still keep calling me.

called but no message.  looks like garbage

they will continue. if you answered by mistake you have let them know they have a valid number. either hang up or play along with them to waste their time. at least you are saving someone else by taking up their time. or get a whistle or air horn and give then a blast. if you do nothing, they win and  you lose. if someone has a gun to your head, will you fight back or just let them blow your brains out?  your choice.

This telemarketing company wants to sell me a warranty on a vehicle I no longer own.

Save or write down number. Call Attorney General for your state/region/city and give them the number. They are perusing these kind of calls.
