Called, did not leave message.  Arizona caller calls seconds after.  We don't get very many calls, strange.

when i git the call i ansewred it..it was my husband on the other end,,,when i tried to call back it was not  a working number,how did this happen

I think this is connected to OWTEL COMMUNICATIONS in some way. They are the most annoying company on the planet.

As the caregiver for my 83 year old mother I check the caller ID on the phone I had installed in her room at the NURSING HOME on a daily basis.  While checking yesterday I found the number 813 506-5700 which I did not recognize.  I attempted to return the call but after numerous ringing tones with no answer I hung up.  This morning I “Googled” the number and among other things I found this site.  Thanks to all for letting me know it is a scam of some sort. Luckily I have my mother’s financial matters under my control.  Think about all the other elderly people these people may be contacting.

Because I have found this page and this service very helpful (and it is a free service) I will make a valid attempt to use one or more of the advertisers.  To whoever put this think up, thank you.

Just missed a call, 01-07-2010, from PAI 813-506-5700. Read all the coments, looks pretty scary. Scammers are getting more creative.

Did not answer, voice mail was just a hang up.  Tried to call number it just rang endlessly - no answer and no voice mail.

This idiot has called my number several times - the LAST time was SUNDAY MORNING (sorry for shouting, but I'm sure you can all understand my frustration....) at 6:22AM!!!
I called the number back, as many of you have, and no one answers. I want to know who this is and how to get him gone. He's got more than one phone number, by the way...Next time I see it, I'll write it down and pass it on. How can we get rid of this parasite, though? I have no collection agencies after me (oddly enough, ;-), for the first time in years...;-), which is what I thought this a***ole was doing. I've just recently gotten a new number, and whoever had it last obviously left a lot of creditors behind.
Anyway...anybody got any suggestions as to how to get rid of this nuisance? I just want to know who to report him to.

after four consecutive unanswered calls from this number in five minutes I decided it was either someone I knew calling from an odd number or someone who needed a piece of my mind, so I picked up. It was the former, calling from a Metro PCS phone that I know for certain has been held by the person who holds it for much longer than the time span between now and the last several most recent posts on this page, and whose number is NOT 8135065700. Most likely scenario: this number shows up as the caller ID from various random metro PCS phones for whatever reason.

I called a friend from my Metro PCS cell phone today and it showed up on his television caller id as 813-506-5700 PAI. I think he has Brighthouse also. I called again and it showed the same way twice. Is this a Metro PCS issue or a Brighthouse issue or is the person with this number piggybacking signals on other peoples phone numbers???

I'm not sure what to make of all this. I'm leaning towards it being a glitch in the phone companies system. I have seen the PAI thing several times on caller I.D. even when it was someone that I knew calling. I'm using Google voice now with all my phones, but I don't think that is related to this issue.

I think those people who are being scammed report here- because it's annoying - so it appears to be a scammers phone number. But I don't think this is exclusively the case -I think it's just a number that shows up often when there is an error in the caller I.D.

The answer might be that one or more scammers know how to use this known error or a default caller I.D. of some sort, and are able to call non-stop without getting busted.

One more comment, I have seen this happen from incoming Google Voice, AT&T, and landlines, so I don't think it is a carrier specific problem, but maybe a digital(transfer switch,etc - don't know what the term would be)

Got a call to my work phone at 9:51, 9:55 and 9:56 am.  I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number, but they didn't leave a voicemail either.  Glad I didn't pick up after reading these comments

They called and left a msg...collection agency...they wanted me to call back at a different number: 800-976-0960

Constantly rec'd calls from 813-506-5700 until I did this.......When I answered and the person on the other end started speaking, I blew a whistle as LOUD as I could into the mouthpiece. They stopped calling!!!!!! Guess they didn't like my message!!

I tend to agree with the caller ID glitch. As a business, I receive numerous phone calls. Today alone 4 of my ID's showed up as this number when they were actually my customers - 2 from Boca Raton, 1 from CA or another from MN. The number of ID's is what prompted me to google this.

i got a call to day from (813)-506-5700. i could not understand what they said or if it was a kid or adult or what sex it was. they had like a spanish accent. they called me like 2-3 time in less then 1 minute.

Got a call from this number last night and it was my wife who is out of town. Said she was calling from her cell phone. really strange.

he called me today and he is pissing me off.

I recieved a call from this same number tonight and the gentleman had an arabic accent on the other line using the name joe m ., told me i just won a a $500 grocery card and that he needs my credit card info to see if i was who i claimed to be that had at leaste $1. I gave him the run aroung cause i realy need help but i did't give my info to him.i called back and he hung up twice.

that number calls me daily i have the location of the phone and going to give to the police the location is 27.9464 latitude by -82.3531 longatiude it is south tampa and not kid it is a man
