called lefted no message

I am on the do not call list and this call came in on my cell phone...unauthorized people have no business calling my cell number..Why should I have to be charged for calls I don't want??

This number keeps calling me and leaving a recorded message. The recorded message states that me & my family have been selected to receive a vacation for 8 days, bla, bla, bla... At least 2 times a day, what a pain in the ass! I tried to call them back and tell them to stop calling me and it's busy every time. Today is the first time a number showed on my caller ID as all the other calls showed unavailable.

I agree as it charges whether we talk to the caller or not. Same here, on the DO NOT CALL list but it doesn't seem to matter. I wish the phone makers would add a feature to the phone that would allow us to block such nonsense! Usually when a number shows on my ID I will then program it as a contact with the name of SPAM and make it a silent ring so it doesn't bother me. Damn shame we have to go to those lengths to not be bothered by something we didn't ask for...

They've gone to a new method now the number is showing up as unavailable so you can't report them.  I've told them 4 times to take my number of thier list and I'm still getting calls.  This sucks  If I could find the information to a real company, which there isn't one I'd report them to the BBB.

the call came through on my cell and it did not have a name and they left no message

These idiots keep calling my minor child I have asked them to stop! I can't even understand the guys accent!

I've been getting these calls too. Olin from Diamond Vacations. I've gotten them off and on for a couple of months now. I reported them on the Do Not Call website. There's a place to file complaints there. http://www.donotcall.gov.

Olin has been reported to the government Do Not Call authorities - for all the good that it will do.  My numbe has been on that list for years, but only recently have I been getting these calls from telemarketers.  They also send text messages that I don't want.

Olin...vacation scam recording, same as others reported here.  Called at 1205pm, reported to donotcall.gov with Spam Buster's provided info.  This call was on my cell too! I hope enough of us report this so it catches the eye of the powers that be enough to do something about it. Power in numbers right.

This is a telemarketing company for timeshare that pops up on a caller ID as "proven results"

I've received two phone messages from Olin Diamond Vacations. Each time the message cuts off at where the recorded caller gives me the number to call them to win my free stuff.  I have reported this to the National Do Not Call Registry. I suggest anyone else getting a call from these people do the same.

Got a voicemail from this number...something about a vacation. Said to call 888-886-3606 which also has alot of complaints on it. Am listed on the do not call registry. Obviously doesn't work very well.

Got a call from these [***] today on my cell. They hung up as soon as I started telling them not to call me at all. The number dislplayed was 813-884-0600 with "name unknown" displayed as the caller. I have already reported this to the do not call registry. That worked when this same piece of pond scum was calling our house.

All of our numbers have been on the do not call list for years but apparently it means nothing to these pieces of fecal matter.

Well great.   Isn't it wonderful we have umpteen MILLIONS of dollars we are paying for the National DO NOT CALL Registry, yet they appear to be doing NOTHING when complaints are filed with them?

I see many folks got the same call I got today from 'Olin', and have filed complaints, MONTHS ago, yet the calls continue even today.

Folks, our government in it's present form is a JOKE.   If you are not part of the solution, you ARE the problem.

Vote Constitution Party, or another 3rd party candidate who is NOT a career politician.

Fortunately, I have VOIP phone service, and can blacklist incoming phone numbers.   You should consider doing this, so you can take matters in your own hands, rather than relying on your government to help.

can we get together and sue this company???
I just got a call from them on my cell phone.  I asked to speak to the manager after the recording finished and she said hold please.  Then hung up on me.  I have an attorney that could help possibly.
