i have been getting this call for like a month now...a guy named mike w/ a strong indian accent...says i hope you have a lawyer ready because you are in big trouble...called my workplace 3 times in a row on friday and then again 3 times today...my boss finally told him i no longer work there to get him to stop calling...i finally talked to him from my house phone tonight and he put me through to some lawyer guy i told him i never recieved any court papers or emails from them and i was not getting a lawyer...when i asked him where i had to go to court he said jacksonville, florida...i told him i would take the warrant because i wouldnt be in court...he got mad and hung up on me...thats when i starting thinking this was a scam and looked it up on here...i cant believe there is nothing anybody can do about it just because they are calling from india...there has got to be something...its sooooooo annoying when your kids or husband is out and you wake up at 11:00 at night only to discover its this # calling again...and to think that they have my personal information is kinda scary too...how do i know that someone isnt out there pretending to be me right now?...

I have had 40-50to calls from this number and 11the others all the same people claiming to sue me and arrest me over a payday loan that they hacked from me. They even called my work and had them forward their call. THEN they hacked the phone number for my work and called me from it without being transferred! They even had caller id showing my work number! So wa. State has your rights of payday loans on the state page!
