I've been getting calls every few hours yesterday and I answered this number today. It took a minute for someone to get on the line. She had a heavy accent and she said I had won a one hundred dollar giftcard for Walmart I told her I couldn't talk I was busy and she asked if she could call back and I kinda hesitated and said Id be busy so no and she said whats holding you back and I told her that I just wasn't interested and she said okay bye. So I'm not sure if they will call again, but my bet is it's a scam cause I've never given walmart my phone number.

This number has called me and I said do not call they call so I yelled F IN don't call in there ear and I answer and hang up they call as late as 10:00 pm and as early as 7:00 don't they get a hint. I also turned it in to the police and they said it has been a issue for months and there are like 20 more scams also. These a holes are getting our number odd the internet.

They called me five times during a church service and wouldn't stop.

They've Been Calling Me All Day & When I Finally Answered The Phone This Indian/Arab Dude Picked Up (They Were Looking For My Mom) & Told Me I Won A Gift Card & They Just Needed My Credit Card # (L0l What Kinda Teen Has A Credit Card?). I Told Him No I Don't Want It & He Got Agressive, Rude & Loud & Told Me That He Was Gonna Charge My Phone Bill $30 & I Wouldn't Get Anything. I Told Him "So What?" & Hung Up On Him. The Scary Thing Is He Knew My Family's Address (We Don't Give It Out To Anyone), So I Thought It Was One Of My Friends Playing A Cruel Prank On Me, But Now I Know It Was A Scam. Just For The Record My iPhone Says The Call Came From Woodstock, IL.

Time to send an electronic complaint to the FBI of Illinois and protest these calls from from east indians calling and asking for credit card numbers and threatening people who say no.

I got several phone calls from this number-a few went to voice mail where a very nasty male (perhaps Indian) kept saying "hello? hello? you can hang up on me all you want-I will just keep calling".  I do not answer my cell phone if I am at work or if I am driving, which is beside the point.  If I answer there is always some smart ass on the other end wanting info from me....uh..hello half-tard! I work as a Security Specialist for the government!! Very rude...very, very rude and I guess I just needed to sound off.....

Really? On my cell phone? Maaannn there are some bored ass people out there....come see me-I bet I can give you more meaningful work to do....

When I was waiting on hold for my USAA credit card company, I was transferred to an "awards" line as I was a "special customer" and I was told that I was eligible for a $100 gift card and they would charge my credit card $3.98. Then they proceeded to ask for all my personal information--I thought I was talking to people who already had that information. They needed "confirmation". so I unwittingly gave it to them and then when I wanted to hang up they wouldnt let me and they have been harassing me on my cell phone for two days 15-20 calls a day from unknown. I am not answering unknown so they called from this 815 number in Illinois. I reported them to USAA and changed my credit card. They still called so I had an Indianapolis policeman answer the phone and they hung up. The company name is Blue Dolphin they say they are from Tampa FL but these folks are Indian speaking.

These guys are complete effin [***]... told them not to call 5 times, then threatened to sue them if they called back, he said fine I'll call you back.  Then he said, oh... you sue me now.  What DIC#heads!

I received a new cell phone (with a new number to me) and immediately upon turnig it on for the first time, I started receiving calls from this number.  The lady identified her company as Road To Recovery, and asked if "crippling debt from payday loans" was causing grief to my life.  I told her I have never had a payday loan.  She seem suprised to hear that, and said goodbye.  She was nice, but it was a typical script-reading telemarketer.  Obviously the guy who had this number before me was in financial trouble, because this is one of 3 numbers that calls repeatedly.  One of the others was for the same thing. also 815 687-8103
