good to know!  They call 4-5 times a day.  When I answer, most times no one is on the other line. Or, I get a recording thanking ME for calling & to hold while a customer service rep comes to the phone.  It is annoying!

I called them back from my landline & she refused to look up the "account number & personal key code" left in the voice mail.  Then she hung up on me.  So I called back with the desk phone & my number was blocked.  This is some kind of scam.

Called and said "this message is for XXXX  X   XXXX with wrong middle initial then stated to use Sears account number and sign in number to contact them at some website.  Sears has no balance and name was incorrect.  Another flagrant Fraud and Deceptive, illegal practice being furthered by the phone company.   If the government demanded phone companies not allow such threats and intimidation it would stop.  It's pure and simple, theft by fraud being allowed.

Also getting the call saying CITI CORP asking for SS# so we hang up .

I get calls from this number every few days. The story is the same as mentioned by the other folks before me.  I've hit all their buttons and have asked them to stop calling to no avail.  Odd that no one is at the helm to put an end to this sort of abuse.

They pose as Sears credit.
