I just got a call from 817-302-0293. They did not leave a message and of course I didn't pick up. The call came to my cell phone at 10:20 in the morning and so I decided to google the number.....

called me about a minute ago so I google'd and it brought me here. No voicemail left.

I just got a call from this # and answered it the guy on the other end asked for a "jak- uh jeremy skewer" then I told him he has the wrong # and he asked to verify my # and it was mine (he read it back to me I wasn't stupid enogh to read it to him) and he hung up I would really like to know who they are because I'm conisdering calling the cops next time they call me

I did not answer when this number called.  I called it back and went through the instructions to remove my number from their system... We'll see what happens.

these number is calling me early in the morning on saturdays and sundays, are they crazy?????

Have been getting calls from this number.  No messages.  If I do not reconize the party calling I will not take the time to answer, Caller ID is great.

Yup I got it too, twice today.  Didn't answer either time, no voicemail.  Annoying!!

They keep calling me from this number, but I haven't bothered to answer them. After the 4th time (over a 2 week period), I decided to save the number on my cell with "No Ring", so that I won't get disturbed anymore just to hit "Ignore".

Who are these guys?  I'm sick of this!

I keep getting calls from this number several times a day now going on a couple weeks.  From what everyone else wrote below, seems to be a Texas based research company.  I did a reverse directory lookup and they are a business in TX but no name was available.  No one leaves a message either.  Strange.....I'm on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  I must have put my cell # on this registry about 5 different times too.

PS the Do Not Call List excludes Surveyors from calling. They CAN still call.

If I remember correctly, calls shouldn't be placed after 8pm, which it was for me. Does any one else know the cut off time?

I left "don't call back" Info. I so glad the Federal Gov't don't call registry works so well.....

They are a pain...can somoene stop them to be bothering people It is a survey cell.

This number kept showing up Texas in the caller id - no message.  I called and opted out of them calling me and now the caller id shows up as out of area.

If the call is really for the sole purpose of conducting a survey, it is not covered. Only telemarketing calls are covered — that is, calls that solicit sales of goods or services. Callers purporting to take a survey, but also offering to sell goods or services, must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry.
This is a survey company therefore the Do Not Call Registry does not apply
