    The Caller ID said Arlington Texas 817-649-9068.  My voice mail message said call from 607-562-8977.
    Claimed IRS was filing lawsuit against me and that I should call their department number 202-239-1270.

    Ditto here - IRS scam.  Left message saying IRS was going to file a lawsuit against me.  Funny - the number called is NOT the number IRS has on file nor do I owe any money to the IRS!
