I don't know what to do. They keep trying to get $99.00 out of my acct and each time they do I get charged overdraft fees. Do not do business with this group. They should be taken off linesome how.

Did you get your money back?  They took out $99.49 from my checkiing account and they were supposed to put it back but they took out another $99.49 agin today..... If you got your money back how did you do it or what did you have to do?

you can call the customer service 818 255 9973 and ask for canceling ur membership.... if u wana evade the $14 charge every month ...

I want to be canceled since 2 days and a refund of 99.00 taken out of my mom and my account and bouced check fee32.00 I have to go to the bank and report this because when I call them in regular hours they transferred me to a receptionist and the only thing she saiys that she is there only to take messages, not for anythng else. All the time you call which is 1-818-255-9973 it always says to call in business hours. I left them a message requesting them to call me, but they haven't.  The worst of this is that I am paying $99.00 + 32.00 daily from the bank. I just reported this to my bank and first I have to report the isssue  and then close my account because I do not know what I will be confronting with other company that do the same.

They did the same to me. The charged $99.00 dollars and when you call them by the phone that appears from the checkwhich is 1-818-255-9973 it comes out another company, which nothing have to do with Platium Online Group. Be careful, because I call from another number that a member gave me and they have a representative that the only things she do she said is give them the message. Also, I have left twice messages and never, never call me back. I had to go to my bank and return them this money, but of course as soon you do not have the money to cover the over payment, the bank will be charging you $32.00 daily. Now I have to go to the process and cancel my account because I have other lenders like this doing the same thin to my account.. So people, be very careful when you find these kind of people that said they will help you and what they do is overdraft your account Be careful when you submit your information as S.S. addreess, phone number, etc. because sometimes these are tricks.

You fradulently authorized your self to take money out of my account.  How dare you.  I have been living pay check to pay check and I lost my job last week (due to company closing suddenly) while supporting a family of 4.  I had $110 in my checking account and you [***] took $99.45 out of my account.  Now how am I going to feed my family for the next month.

When I call you I never can talk to anyone.  Why would anyone who is in my situation even dream of authorizing a transaction such as this - a Saving Pays Membership.  Seriously!?!  Do you have no heart, are you a cold as ice?

I need help, I need my money back.  I am scared that you are going to go into my account and out of the goodness of my banks heart they are going to give you more of my money thus overdrawing my account even more causing overdraft charges to my account.  

Why won't you please, please, please give me my money back.

Yesterday, July 13 ,2011 I was contacted that I had been aproved for a $1500.00 cash advance with $14.00 monthly fee and a one time only $99.00 fee; which was to be taken from my account after the direct deposit of the $1500.00; due to my account was overdrawn and was not able to immediately have them pull the "one time only fee". Well, today the $99.00 was pulled out of my acct. as paid with a $34.00 overdraft or NSF charge. I cannot get a hold of the lending company  known as the Instant Loan Group. I spoke to Jessica, and her supervisor and even given a approval code #221. Now what!?

Something need to be done about this scam. Before some one really go ff behind their MONEY!!

i got a call from the [***] telling me tht i got approved for 1500.. i never got the money but they withdrew 99.00 plus i got charged an overdrafted fee.. im pissed & im not going 2 stop untill i get 2 the bottom of this bs.. premier membership is full of bs.... i want my money...

they took out  $99.49 from my Checking Account. and theywere supposedto put it back

i think i got phone scammed too! I am going to call my bank in the morning. website is instantpaydaynow.com but it immediately comes up as a different website. They gave me a number 818-4750797 and 8183805710. It said 2500 line of shopping credit and 1500 loan. Dont give them any information because the representative will give you the run arounds about the information.

So are they legitimate or what?
