if you read ur terms and conditions and that nice little paper you sign it states NO DONATIONS and if you do not cancel your subscription with the la times it reinstates itself at the regular rate everyone just signs papers without really reading what they're signing its no wonder they're in collections...

This is Caine & Weiner , they are a Debt collections company, they're rude and nasty, they collect on , enterprise car rentals, city of L.A Business taxas (w-2 self emplyed), car insurance, news papers (l.a. times) and a host of other companies they are commercial and retail collectors, know your fair debt rights , they are not suposed to talk crazy to you , you can always tell them to cease calls to your number or that you only want to be contacted in writing , you can do this by faxing a letter to cease all communication (verbal) or sending them a letter... they have thee nastiest reps they be little you lie to you and stalk you, but you can put a stop to this (learn your rights) learn the fair debt regulations for yourselves and fight back!!! ** the names sounds like a law office but they ARE NOT!!!!! they are just 3rd party collector who are mostly uneducated regular people that get bonuses off of you paying the company and I've found that most of the time they HIKE the fees so you pay more , If you own the city money I would (ask for a break down of charges and refuse to deal with ANY middle man , basically DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COLLECTORS DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE COMPANY YOU OWE, Don't be a fool like I was and end up paying hundreds more than you really Owe, CAINE & WEINER ARE LIARS!!!!!

your Actually Wrong!!!! If a debt company Harasses a person and calls them more than 3 times in one week thay are in violation of the law, further more they cannot intimmidate , yell, namecall, they can be sued and FINED ( debtors can WIN!!!!)

Just got a call from Ralph Tector from Caine and Weiner. Said my case is going to litigation if I dont pay 1000 bcuks today. Its from an old insurance selling job, is this serious or not?

Dude, you cant be prosecuted for downloading songs when you are 17 years old...dude.  On top of that, dude, all lawsuits have to prove damages.  How can downloading a song cause 750 dollars in damages?
