I got a call from this number he told me if I did't go to my computer n open it up he would shut down my computer n his name is Edward Thomas he is from Microsoft he is nasty

I've been receiving calls from this number for several days.  He claims I downloaded a virus on my computer. Both my husband and I have spoken to this guy explaining we are aware this is a scam.  The guy used obscene sexual language with me. I will be following up with local authorities and federal authorities due to his obscene language and continued calls.  I have since blocked the number.

Same thing every time.  Some idiot with a thick Indian accent telling me my computer is compromised.  I ask, "Oh how is that?"  He says I have a Windows virus that they kindly found by scanning the network. I don't have a Windows computer.  The first few times I lead them around in circles and then insulted his family suggesting many unpleasant acts upon him and his.  After that didn't stop it I blew a whistle in his ear but he called back and said that there was a problem with my phone.  The FCC will not act because it comes from off shore. Just block these racist pigs, they think Americans are really stupid according Banzeer or what ever name he made up and told me.  

I intend to pursue legal action as well, you go girl!

Bing! I did the same and he started getting upset, I was jazzed that I could rattle his smug attitude.  Everyone that gets a call from this creepy number should waste as much of his time as you can afford and then insult him and his family.  He was so upset after that.  I gave him lots of false info he kept trying to use (I don't have a Windows computer) but my wife got tire of me toying with this idiot so I went medieval on him: he never heard such things about his manhood. The number is now blocked.

So tired of them calling and not saying anything. Did talk to them a few weeks ago and it ended unpleasant and him hanging up on me. Now they are calling multiple times a day. There must be some place that you can turn them in to. What a pain!

Keep receiving calls, 4-5 times a day - but no one answers.

I have been getting the same callers as everyone else.  I have told them several times to stop calling me.  Today, I played along with the Indian Jerk.  He said he wanted me to turn on my computer.  Told him I did not need to. I said how much are you charging for this "supposed help".  He told me no charge.  Just like everyone else he kept insisting that every time I log onto my computer I am downloading severe viruses. He even quoted the number of 749 people in my community who are experiencing the same problem.  I continued to play along and told him my cousin was an IT specialist and that I would be sure to have him check out my computer.  I pretended to sound like I really appreciated his help and that I would have my cousin get right on this problem.  Told him thank you and he did not need to call me anymore. He did not know what to say and I said "Good Bye'. I will still need to block this number, because they rarely take no for an answer.  

These people will not stop calling us. They call several times a day seven days a week. They got my elderly mother to go on her computer and they screwed it all up they messed with her bank accounts.
My mother is old and very polite. I talked to the man who sounded middle eastern. I told him. To stop calling us and told him what I thought of him . Now they call and hang up all the time . I can't get rid of them . Century link can't help me at all I  hate them all!

My elderly mother lives with me and the past week or so I keep hearing her pick up her cell phone when it rings, says "hello? hello? hello?" several times before hanging up and looking confused.  Finally, she asks me who is calling her from this number 8184931971.  I have no idea.  So again this morning her phone rang, I picked it up and said hello a couple of times.  Finally a guy with an Indian accent tells me he's trying to help with my computer.  I ask him "whose computer?", he keeps repeating he needs to help me with my computer.  I ask him again "whose computer are you trying to fix?" and he mutters something and hangs up.
