I have been on the phone with individuals from this number and have actually filed a police report on them.  SO far they have called my cell asking to confirm my social, family names etc.  Which they can't seem to get anything exactly right.  They have called first claiming that I had committed bank fraud and I was going to jail, they threatened to seize my bank funds etc.  I immediately contacted the police and filed a report.  But we are going on a year later now and now I just bait them for more information like I was instructed.  So far they have repeatedly called again and claimed to by Cyber Crime Prevention and I am being investigated for cyber fraud, then they called and said that I committed Bank Fraud again, and then they called and said they are with Crime Prevention.  George Matthews is to be my point of contact and his number is 818-538-9546.  If I call the number back they say he works there but now no one can speak to me until my attorney calls.  They even went so far as to give me case number MS30312.  This number is located in California and there are cell sites all over in Florida and other states.  They are a Metro PCS affiliate so far this is all I know.  It is a little concerning to me that someone can call from out of the country and claim this type of knowledge and be threatening US citizens.  Something needs to be done immediately.

got a call from this number on my moms cell phone  i dont know who these people are or how they got her cell phone number but the man called a numerous amout of times saying his name was jack wilson but he sounded like he was from india

I have gotten calls from 0000 and private.. They call about 10 times in a row.  Finally I answered and they say everything from bank fraud to they will get me fired and I will go to Jail.  He claims he is RYAN JACOBS but of course with the Indian accent.  I finally told them my lawyer wanted to send them something, they gave me a fake address in Cali, and since then, the phone calls have completed stopped.  Never heard from them again..  Try that, it works!!!!

Well, my husband is on the phone with what ever one now! and they have been calling him and calling him for months now!! Well he is having fun with them now the guy was calling my husband all kinds of names they have used so many names with him! Male and Female such as Sara Parker, Nancy Parker, Roger, Justin, and some other one! But they was saying that my husband was going to go to jail and that he needs a lawyer. And they said that they was from the Department of Crime Prevention located in Orange County CA... ahahaha such [***]!!!

I got a phone call from this company from these peopl about 3 months ago they had said that i needed to call them back as soon as possible so i played phone tag with this guy for about 3 days. Until finally hey i answered when he called, Well he went as far as saying i needed to get a peice of paper and pen to write something down for him, and to write down on this peice of paper my social my phone number and my aderess on this paper and say that i blank will send you this money on friday after i get paid. or else the police will show up on my door step because i have not paid back a loan that had already been transferd into my account. and i refused this and he said alright i have been paitient enough with you i will be having the police on your front door step in 10 min have a good day. So i called my local court house asking if there was anything on my record or a something reporting that a cop come to my house and pick me up. and i had put in a complaint of hurassment because obviously this is false. the cop had called the people and asked them what this was regaurding. and all the cop told me was that i needed to pay them there money they were asking for because obvioulsy i got a loan and that i need to go to court. well that wasnt the cas the cops are not very helpful. So a couple months have passed and i got another phone call today say that they have got me for fraud and what not and that i either need to contact them or have my attorney contact them. and i called back asking what attorney and what the [***] is this regaurding and the guy told me not to cut him off while he was talking thinking that he has the upper hand in this position. and i told him what had been happening and that he has no right to be calling me because if that was the case i will have them sued which obviously you cant sue these dumbass's because no one knows who they are and the guy said i wish you luck on your conviction have a good day and hung up. LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!! is this honestly how people over there make a living called people in the united states trying to take our money wtf i am seriously tired of all this i really just wanna find somone that can help me sue them for 1) Taking up my prescious time having to answer those faggets. 2) Having to worry about what the [***] is going to happen to me when i never did anything of what they were saying 3) blowing up my phone bill becaus there long distance number and them calling me during the day. haha this is ridiculous. anyone else know what we can do?

What every happened?

Received a call at work from a man with a thick Indian/Middle Eastern accent. He began by telling me I owe money on an old loan then began threatening me with jail, fines, etc. I told him what he was doing was fraud & that he's not even located in the U.S. He wanted me to confirm information for him which I wouldn't do. He just wouldn't hang up. I told him I was going to report his call to my local authorities. I told him to never contact me again. He then insisted I take his number or he would have to call back. His number is: 818-538-9561. I eventually had to hang up on him. I read a post above about asking for a postal address so my lawyer can write them. I will do that again should they call.

I got a call from this number where they call my house 5 time each time not saying anything just hang up then the last time they left a message saying that they was tring to reach me or my lawyer about a debt that i had accured.  If i dont reply then he stated may God help me!

All the stories I have read, are exactly what was pulled on me, i finally realized after i gave up 150.00 of money i didnt have.  So i had them checked they are defiantly a fraud.  My father got the same call.  They claim to say they can take you jail, and all that kind of stuff.  It is a fraud.

I keep getting the same thing. they called me a couple of months ago and did have the last 4 of my social and told me I am being sued. Today they called multiple times until I finally got mad and answered, I gave them an attorneys number and told them it was illegal to call me due to me being in bankruptcy.

So I get a call form this phone # 8185389546 telling me I needed to speak with a Nancy Parker regarding my PD loan that I never paid and they were the company that is going to pursue the lawsuit. I was being sued on 3 different counts and if found guilty I could pay back 10,000 dollars in fines and up to 5 years in prison. After I asked for the companys information that is supposedly suing me they refused to give me info. So they say they are the crime prevention in califorinia. They have thick Indian accents very hard to understand. They read you an affidavit ask you to not intterrupt LMAO these people need to get a life

pretty much the same as everyone else....foreign guy, says his name is "kevin smith"...right.  calling from Crime Prevention Unit.  they have my direct work number, my cell number and God knows what else.  I say I'm someone else and that I'll pass along the message.  They called my cell about 4 times and then started with my work number.  Has happened several times over the past months.  I don't talk to them or tell them anything!

Ron Jabet have been calling my number every 20 min I refuse to answer him at one time I answer him he had a different name and said for me to call my lawyer and if I don't he will get me fired from my gov job another time he call with a different name and a different number +0000000 and another number unknown then he just call with a different name Marice Brooks 510 894 7833 please let me know what to do or should I change my number I am getting ready to go for treatment and he is harassment everyday please let me know what to do or to report this to Washington DC this man have gave out my social security number on the phone

I just received a phone call today and he said his name was John Walker and I needed to call him back at 818-538-9546 regarding this matter and if I didn't, I would be arrested. He said that it was important for me to return his phone call immediately. I have received phone calls from this number before and sent the information to the Attorney Generals Office where they sent me a letter telling me they were a fraud and not to send them anything, and I'm not. The have nothing better to do besides get people pissed off when they are calling their place of employment. They better leave me the he-- alone. He told me that I needed to have my Attorney to give him a phone call regarding this matter. I am not sending them anything and the next time they call me, I will be ready for their A--.
