Verison annoying late payment call

It's always a recording asking for a Verizon payment of nearly $ 200.00  with the warning of my phone being turned off.

Verizon calls regarding my son's Verizon Account.  Now, he is 25 years old and I am NOT a Verizon account holder.  They REFUSE to take me off of their call list despite the fact that I have told them I am not the account holder, nor am I responsible for a 25 year old son's bills.  My understanding from the attorneys I know (I happen to work for one) is that they cannot harass me and MUST take me off of their call list when I request it - especially in light of the fact that I am not the account holder, nor am I obligated to give them any information other than the location of the responsible party - which I have told them is the same as the information they already have.  They still refuse.  If they don't leave me alone, I will file a harassment suit.  According to my son, he has not added me onto this account so he has no idea how they got my contact information.

Just block the number on your phone.

Verizon. They want their cash. They will call you from this number and numbers from other states just to get you to pay your $200 bill. Greedy f-ers. Relentless robo calls. Good news is my Verizon Samsung phone can block all these calls. Chess...not checkers Verizon.

It is a spam call don’t answer it just block it. We had to call Verizon to verify the call it is not their number.
