BE WARNED! SCAM! He is a foreigner, calls himself Shawn. He connected to me when I called for my Hewlett Packard Printer problem. They are connecting into your actual printer number some how. Do not allow him to remote your computer. He infected my files w/o me knowing and tried to extort $250 from me. When I said no He hung up and infected my files thinking I'd call him back for help. I took it to my computer guy and he cleaned it up and told me to never do that. Yes, that was dumb of me but when you think that you are really calling a legit number and they robo into it, you are unaware that your being scammed. Here is another number they use 844-787-9001. Please hang up on them!.

Instead of going to the actual HP.com website you thought that it was too difficult to type that into a search bar and then you got directed to a fake site? I'm sorry you got scammed but you need to take the responsibility for you getting scammed because you didn't think first.
