I received the exact same text 8/16/24 at 4:34 AM. I haven’t been to the Bay Area for over 10 years and I got stuck in the fast trak lane and really did get a ticket in the mail. They don’t have your cell #, just address associated with your license plate. This number has an area code in Canada.

First, my un-published Light phone received a msg from (819) 760-0827, I did not press the link...Then 8197600827 forward a msg to my Emal addr, I deleted it right away without reading its contents...I'm 100% sure it is from some shameless scammer.
